Manual therapyThis includes mobilization or manipulation of joints or soft tissue techniques, as well as massage.ElectrotherapyWe may use electrotherapy for example ultrasound, interferential or the TENS machine but this will only be as an adjunct to our usual treatment and not usually for the main part of our treatment.
We are able to treat with dry needles for pain relief through use of extremely fine single-use disposable needles as an adjunct to our usual physiotherapeutic skills.
Advice / Exercises
We will give advice on the management of conditions and appropriate exercise to do in between treatments to optimize the recovery process.
